Returns and changes are limited only to products. No returns are allowed on Fish, Corals, INVERTEBRATES
For the return of products please contact us via email. Return costs are carried by clients.
Changes and returns of money are accepted within 20 days from the placement of orders.
For money returns clients must send us a bank account IBAN and your account will be credited with the amount of the purchase in 2-3 work days from the time we receive the claim.
