We created this e-shop to provide an experience when bying corals on-line. There are 2 common reasons buying on-line is a nightmare. Pictures are photoshoped and no WYSIWYG. And packaging many times is not going well. You will see true WYSIWYG. We give a big effort on packaging.

Helpful answers to your question for the better experience with your new corals!
- All orders are shipped UPS Saver overnight. Must accept delivery on FIRST attempt or guarantee "DOA" is void.- We only ship in Europe. I cannot ship internationally.- We cannot ship your order on Saturday.- If you wish to do local pick up, choose that option when checking out, and contact e-corals.com to arrange a day/time. I am located in N. Erithrea, Athens, Greece.- If the weather is not good (to hot or to cold) I may need to reschedule shipping date. I will contact you if this occurs.
Corals are packed in plastic cup/container/ and tray sealed, and then put on high quality styrofoam boxes. Packaging is a major for us and put really good effort on that.
We guarantee our corals for 10 days after delivery. If you have any coral of your purchase die, please contact us and include pictures. If any kind of shock happens during shipping, the coral won't die after 2-3 days after arrival. You pay for healthy corals and this is what you get.
All the corals we have online are aquacultured. We try to find the original names of what we sell. We give names only in the corals we cannot find original names.
We will not provide no fresh cut coral. None of the corals we put online is a fresh cut. The corals need some time to heal before shipping.

We provide 2 photos for each coral, under white and under blues+filter. We try to have accurate photos of corals, so it will be true WYSIWYG. Please don't forget that every coral color up different in every system due to different lighting system and microelements.
You can choose the day you would like to receive the corals. So it could fit your daily routine.
Don't forget to use the "add order" function so you can add an order in your pending/processing order without additional shipping costs.
